Welcome to Vinzi, operated by iVector LLC ("Vinzi," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, including placing pre-orders for our non-alcoholic red wine blend or other products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Pre Order Terms

Vinzi is currently accepting pre-orders for our non-alcoholic, gluten-free, sugar-free, low-calorie red wine blend with ashwagandha, set to ship by November 30, 2025, pending final label approval and safety testing by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or applicable state authorities. Pre-orders are subject to the following:

• Availability: Pre-orders are limited (100 bottles for Early Vino Star, 20 sets for Sober Sommelier Set, 10 sets for Vinzi Wine Vault). We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if regulatory approval is delayed or denied.
• Shipping: Pre-orders are expected to ship by November 30, 2025. If delayed beyond December 31, 2025, you will be notified via email and may request a full refund or store credit within 30 days.
• Payment: Full payment is required at checkout via GoDaddy Payments (2.9% + $0.30 fee). You will receive an order confirmation email with estimated delivery details.
• Changes: We may modify or cancel pre-orders due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., regulatory delays). You will be notified and offered a refund or credit.

2. Product Information

• Consumables: Our non-alcoholic red wine blend is a food product subject to FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 101). Final labels will include a Supplement Facts panel, ingredient list, net quantity, and allergen information. Pre-order images are conceptual mockups and may differ from the final product.
• Non-Consumables: Gifts (e.g., vinyl stickers, eco-cork coasters, tumbler) are subject to availability and may vary slightly in design or color.
• Accuracy: We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate but do not guarantee final specifications until regulatory approval.

3. No Returns for Consumables

•  Due to health and safety regulations for food and beverage products, we do not accept returns of our non-alcoholic red wine blend (opened or unopened). See our Return and Refund Policy below for details on refunds and non-consumable returns.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, images, and text (e.g., “Vinzi,” “Non-Alcoholic Red Wine Blend”), is owned by iVector LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

5. Website Use

• You must be 18 or older to place pre-orders.
• You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to disrupt its functionality.
• We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinzi and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including pre-order delays or regulatory issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Weiser County courts.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
